Who We Are?

The Global Institute for African Development Studies (GIFADS) is an Online Program based in London, Ontario (Canada). It is an independent institution (without government interference or influence) that offers elective courses to Certificate and Diploma program levels. 

The Institute provides the opportunity for young Africans to get involved and contribute to Africa’s development programs. 

Our goal is to promote social, and economic change and create awareness (and strengthening) of Africa’s development challenges and successes.

Enrollment is open to candidates with an interest in African development, good governance, and other programs that promote professional discussions, forums, and directions on achieving our desires for Africa’s social and economic development goals.

We welcome the participation of partners from different backgrounds,  enterprises, and interest groups.  The Global Institute (GIFADS) is not only a place of learning for Africans alone; it also admits international students of all nationalities.
